One burning question which had no exact way uptil now, i.e how to find smart match for the job or task? This inspired client to work on a niche idea and to build a platform where Employer and Employee could find each other smartly with considering Filtering options and get their job done along with getting paid instantly for the work done. According to client this would surely resolve problems of many, resulting into speedy work. Hence this concept “Flurry” came into existence.

Features
Flurry is an app that allows you to search for jobs and candidates free of charge and without the help of those boring consultants.
Registration
Employee would be able to register with LinkedIn, Gmail and Facebook and can avoid lengthy registration process. The app will fetch the user’s data from the registered platform and store it in user profile.
Profile
Profile is a core part for any employee to showcase their expertise, skills and experience. Flurry has convient way for employee to create their profile where they would be able to add their Personal details, Skill sets, Hourly rate, Experience and able to view review and ratings given by Employer.
Job Search
Flurry offers an easiest way for Employee to find job with “Sorting” and “Filtering” feature. Employee would be able to Filter job search by Distance, Category, and Hourly Rate. Sorting can be done for Date, Hourly Rate and Ratings of Employer.

My Job
Employees can view the jobs in various section along with the status of job where the status of job would be “Invitations, Applied, Active and Completed”. Employee can check their invitations sent by Employer in “Invited” field and directly communicate with Employer similar to “Upwork/Freelancing Job Portal”.
Message
Employee can message after consent of Employer and able to discuss work scope and estimated hours. Once they are bind with the contact, Employer can make an offer to employee through the message.
Calendar
Employee can set their availability for the various dates and time slots to work and on demand hiring from Employer through Calendar.

Registration
Employer can select the registration process being started with Email and able to login with LinkedIn and Facebook as well.
Profile Selection
Employer can create their profile as “Business” or “Private Person”. Once they have selected to being Business they need to add company details while selecting as Private person they would add personal detail and create their profile.
Search Employee
Employer can search the employee with required skill sets and invite them to do job. The invitation would allow Employee to communicate with Employer in message.
Job Creation
Employer can create the job and need to fill mendotary details as Job type which could be 1 day or Ongoing Job , Job name, Category, Location and Job description. If employer had selected ongoing job type he would able to publish the job with details of Working hours per week, Start date - End date, Job Timing and Payment per hour.
Job Status and Offer
Employer would be able to check their published job details along with the status of job which would be Hiring Active or Completed. They are also able to invite the candidate for particular job and check their skills and review/ratings along with hourly rate to make an offer.
Job Review
Once the Employee has mark the status of job as complete Employer can review the work and make the payment. Employee can also create a Dispute for not satisfied work and make the review/ratings to Employer.
Available Time
Employer can check the Time availability of Employee which is preset by him/her at the time of job search.

I am Sisi from Netherland and we are very happy that we found TriState Technology LLP. They have developed our Android App, Flurry which is now online in Google Play Store. Our contact person Jay was professional, very flexible, he was also very easy to work. The development team did a very good job by completing the app, applying our questions, finding solutions that we have faced with the previous team. Even though there was the time difference, the communication was flexible. We are hoping that Android App would be a super success and will ask TriState to develop the iOS version App too.
